Modern production, experienced team

Karaganda Plant of Precision Metalworking LLP (KZTM) is a full-cycle machine-building plant. We built modern production in the industrial heart of Kazakhstan.

KZTM was founded in 2025 on the basis of a company that supplied industrial equipment to Kazakhstan manufacturers for many years. We know customer requirements firsthand — and built a plant that fully meets them.

The plant employs a team with many years of experience in creating and repairing equipment for mining and processing, metallurgical and energy enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These are process engineers, designers, highly qualified welders, machine operators and mechanics.

We specialize in full-cycle metalworking: from laser cutting and CNC machining to welding, bending and heat treatment. We produce steel structures, vessels, spare parts for special equipment and serial products to customer drawings. We supply products throughout Kazakhstan.

Metal Laser Cutting

Cutting of sheet metal, tubes and profiles with micron-level precision. High speed, clean edges, no thermal deformation. We work with carbon and stainless steel, non-ferrous metals. We perform shape cutting of any complexity from DXF/DWG drawings.

CNC Turning

Precision turning and milling of parts to customer drawings. Serial and one-off products.

Semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding in shielding gas, laser welding of thin-walled products, manual arc welding.

Metal Bending and Forming

Press brake, 1000 kN hydraulic press for forming and bending operations. Precise bending to drawings.

Production of cylindrical parts, shells, cones for silos, hoppers and vessels of various shapes.

Heat Treatment

In-house metal heat treatment shop: hardening, tempering, normalization. Hardness control of finished parts.

Cutting of thick sheets and complex contours where plasma is more cost-effective than laser. Cutting of large-thickness metals.

How do I get a cost estimate and how much does it cost?

The estimate is free. Send your drawing and a description of the task through the form on the site, via WhatsApp or to info@kztm.kz — an engineer will prepare a commercial offer with exact pricing and lead times within 24 hours on business days.

What formats do you accept drawings in?

DXF, DWG, PDF, as well as a photo or scan of a sketch (JPG). If you only have a paper sketch, our design engineers will prepare a working drawing. This is a paid service, but when you place an order with us its cost is deducted from the order total — for our clients digitization is effectively free.

Can I order a part without a drawing, from a sample?

Yes. Bring the sample to the plant — we'll take measurements, develop the process documentation and manufacture it. We also handle repairs: we restore worn parts from a sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order value — we accept orders from a single part. We work with both one-off items and large production runs.

What materials and thicknesses do you work with?

Laser cutting: carbon steel up to 24 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminum up to 16 mm, working area 1500×3000 mm. Pipes and rolled stock — diameter 20-220 mm.

What are the production lead times?

It depends on complexity and volume: standard laser cutting — from 1-3 business days, complex steel structures — by agreement. The deadline is fixed in the contract and does not slip — production is planned with spare capacity.

Do you deliver across Kazakhstan?

Yes, we ship across all of Kazakhstan via transport companies. Self-pickup is available from the plant in Karaganda (5 Pozharnaya St).

How does payment work? Do you work with VAT?

We work under contract with legal entities and sole proprietors. The company is a VAT payer and provides a full set of closing documents. The payment scheme is discussed individually for each order.

How do you control quality?

100% inspection of finished products: geometry, precision (down to ±0.01 mm on CNC machining), hardness testing after heat treatment. Every part is checked before shipment.

Can I visit and see the production?

Yes, we invite you to the plant: 5 Pozharnaya St, Karaganda. We'll show you the workshops and equipment and discuss your task on site. Please call ahead: +7 708 763 7781 (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00).
