Who processes your data

What data we receive
From the website forms: name, phone, email, company, request text and attached files (drawings).
In the client account: email, name, phone, company, BIN, your requests and their statuses, requests for access to your company history.
Technical data: the client account sign-in cookie and visit statistics for the website pages (Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica with Webvisor, which records on-page actions such as scrolling and clicks). Webvisor does not record what you type into form fields; analytics is not used in the client account.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a calculation and a quote, conclude and perform a contract, give you access to the client account and improve the website. We do not sell data or send newsletters without your consent.
Where it is stored and who sees it
The website and the client account run on a hosting provider server in Kazakhstan. Request spreadsheets and files are kept in Google services, and staff receive request notifications in Telegram — these services may store data outside Kazakhstan. Website visit statistics are processed by Google and Yandex.
Only plant staff who need it to handle your request have access to the data.
How long we keep it
While we work with you and for 3 years after your last request, unless the law requires longer. We delete a client account on request.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent — write to info@kztm.kz. We reply within 10 working days. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
Cookies
The sign-in cookie lets the client account remember you for 30 days. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser — the client account sign-in will not work then.
